Job Summary
 We are searching for a high-energy Account Executive experienced in recognizing customer opportunities and turning leads into long-lasting, profitable partnerships. With their extensive communications, technical knowledge and understanding of industry trends, the Account Executive will communicate directly with existing customers and prospects, understand their needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. The product set includes Phone, Internet, In-home Security, Wireless and Streaming services for residential homes. The Account Executive is responsible for developing sales and prospecting strategies, meeting and exceeding a sales quota. You should be an adaptable, coachable, successful sales professional. You have a history of working with integrity, you take initiative for your day, with strong communications skills.
The successful Account Executive will be a skilled communicator and presenter of value who can find the best fit between customer and product/service. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the purchase process and experience.
 
Essential Job Functions
  • Providing support and closing additional sales to existing customers by learning about and satisfying their needs in our retail store locations
  • Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects to identify new opportunities
  • Networking within the community (community events, socials, etc.) to identify potential customers
  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective customers
  • Developing sales and prospecting strategies and consistently meeting quota
  • Staying current on company product/service offerings and industry trends
  • Maintaining a sales funnel/database of contact information and lead statuses
  • Weekly funnel reviews to identify gaps and provide feedback to Marketing team
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • Handling complaints and negotiations

  • Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
  • Strong time management skills, ability to listen to customers, and receive feedback to become better
  • Computer skills, MS Office and CRM software
 
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of Sales experience in a service industry
