The Business Development Executive is responsible for market expansion and penetration in existing markets through new business and new logos, entry into new markets or market segments, and new capability pursuits in existing domains: Fraud, Marketing or Risk.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Identify and secure New Customers/Partner Sales
  • Develop contact network within new Customers/Partners and facilitate connection to relevant counterparts
  • Lay early foundation for long-term Customer/Partner Relationships
  • Complete appropriate research on the prospective Client’s business imperatives and Risk, Fraud, and Marketing strategies
  • Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful Customer value
  • Network to build relationships with economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers in target Customers
  • Leverage Account, Solution, and Delivery team resources effectively and at appropriate times to advance opportunities
  • Lead Account Strategy motions with cross-functional team to identify sales opportunities tied to value-add
  • Respond to Prospect RFI and RFPs
  • Drive strong pipeline development and sales execution
 
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in client facing, new business development ‘hunter’ sales role in the Fraud, Marketing or Risk solutions ecosystem
  • Experience selling data and insights driven solutions
  • Must understand the value of selling data and have a strong network within a relevant industry such as financial services, healthcare, retail, automotive, insurance, or telecommunications
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Proven and reference-able track record developing new business and delivering revenue growth, either in direct sales or alliance/partner management roles
  • Comfortable with a ‘hunter’ type role, able to quickly build pipeline and qualify an opportunity in or out
  • Executive level sales, account and relationship management skills essential to influence decision making
  • Experience negotiating complex partnership deals that deliver maximum value to the enterprise and the end partner
  • Ability to operate and succeed in a matrix organization, and collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team to align and coordinate internal resources
  • Refined skills in developing and delivering compelling presentations
  • Strong business acumen and desire to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders
