Analyst, Salesforce Enterprise Applications

The Salesforce Enterprise Application Analyst will contribute to the development and implementation of standard and custom Salesforce applications for the company. She or He will act as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce technical aspects in line with industry best practices and demonstrate in-depth understanding of the capabilities or constraints of the platform. This position will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and business experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes and solutions. This role encompasses three major functional areas:
  1. Technical leadership
  2. Administrator
  3. Salesforce Analyst
The Salesforce Enterprise Applications Analyst will be responsible for all technical aspects of the system for the US., including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, custom code, and the execution on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement in coordination with headquarters’ counterparts.
  • 4+ years previous development experience with
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience improving processes and adoption using the platform.
  • Solid understanding of, and detailed experience, with architecture and API
  • Detailed experience writing Visual-force and Apex classes and triggers
  • Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Eclipse IDE)
  • Strong understanding of relational databases
  • Report & Dashboard Building (understanding the different models, etc.)
  • Demonstrative success with multiple integration projects
  • Experience integrating with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
  • Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
  • Certification as Administrator or Advance Administrator
  • Certification as Developer is a plus
  • Consumer products experience on a B2B business environment
  • Certification as Developer is a plus
