JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Find, coordinate, close and push new customer opportunities from Lead status to Production
  • Lead generation, find new opportunities in IoT for solution creation using new designs
  • Understand end to end solution creation and customer requirements
  • Work collectively with partners on lead management and acting as the face of the company
  • Manage customer expectations on cost containment, solution
  • Understand customer needs from an end to end system level perspective
  • Pre-sales: Work with Sales and R&D teams to capture customer requirements
  • Post-sales: Communicate status updates, resolution details and timelines to customers
  • Good communication skills with customers, ability to pro-actively work with customers
  • Hold status conference calls with customers to communicate updates and coordinate with tech staff to identify risk areas
REQUIREMENTS
  • Self-motivated; works with minimal supervision; detail oriented; able to document and note customer interactions and follow-up on actions; recognizes potential issues and raises these in advance of design discussions
  • Technical background, BSEE or similar, Engineering support role experience
  • Business Degree or pre-sales experience for technical solutions
  • Platform services expertise in architecture, redundancy and scalability
  • Cellular network technologies: Legacy 2G/3G, LTE, LTE CAT-M1, NBIoT, 5G and beyond
  • Network certifications: FCC, ISED, CE/RED, RCM, PTCRB, Verizon ODI and others
  • RF antenna concepts: TRP, TIS, RSE, SAR and other measurement requirements
  • IoT and SIM management platform experience
  • Hands-on experience with Cellular IoT
