Castolin Eutectic seeks to appoint an Inside/Outside Sales Representative for its office in Menominee Falls Wisconsin. The successful candidate must have 1-2 years of Inside Sales Experience, a mechanical aptitude, a basic understanding of wear mechanisms and/or maintenance & repair welding.

The Inside/Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling Eutectic products and services through the achievement of opportunity based sales targets.  He/she will work in conjunction with Customer Service and Technical Support. The position is 50% inside sales and 50% outside sales, focusing on our high load high wear key industries: Steel, Cement, Power Generation, and Mining.  Must have the ability to learn our product offerings and processes to provide best solutions for applications that fit the customers’ needs.
He or she will provide high level customer service to clients and potential customers, reaching business targets through their excellent verbal and written communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing customers.  Integrity, vision, professionalism and passion are key components of this position. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
