What you will do:
 
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements, etc.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, write specifications.
  • Define change requirements.
  • Monitor change progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions, and escalating as needed
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments
  • Suggest changes to management using analytics to support recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
  • Develop and/or maintain significant portions of strategy, strategic plans, and related processes Provide consulting support. Draft documents and coordinate deliverables.
  • Identify and recommend metrics that drive and measure business performance.
 
 
What you will need:
 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop insights form data analysis and management/stakeholder interviewers. Understand the implication of that insight for business performance and risk management and make appropriate recommendations to management
  • Demonstrated ability to perform discrete task and activities or significant proportion of projects.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, strong influencing skills, and ability to effectively present to and work with senior management
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and developing senior management presentations
 
 
Education/Experience:
 
  • 3+ years of business analyst related experience
  • 3+ mortgage experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
