Analyze multiple channels' performance down to the most granular levels possible with the ability to shape a story and recommendation from it.

As the Growth Marketing Associate, you will maintain and own day to day optimizations and operations of user acquisition through multiple channels such as Google (UAC, Search, Youtube), Apple Search, and Influencer. This is a very high impact and high visibility role.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an analytical mindset, who is excited about applying and growing their analytical, business, interpersonal, and creative skills to a rapidly-growing fintech app and help the Principal unlock their next level of growth.
  • You will develop a user acquisition strategy and manage the marketing budget
  • You will hypothesize, conduct, and analyze A/B tests on multiple factors such as landing pages, onboarding flows, keywords, and Creative.
  • You will analyze multiple channels’ performance down to the most granular levels possible with the ability to shape a story and recommendation from it
  • You will use analytical and modeling skills to understand channel economics and optimize campaign performance
  • You will take initiative in supporting new channels such as influencer, podcast, and more.
  • Coordinate end-to-end ad creation process starting from research, ideation, and production through launching ads and reporting on results
  • You will collaboratively build and execute a channel strategy to meet both short term and long term acquisition goals
  • You will take part in a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration on the marketing team. The best ideas come from anyone and are often inspired by data.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in growth marketing with a track record of driving results
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven organization
  • Outstanding ability to execute swiftly, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines 
  • Hands-on experience managing UA campaigns at scale
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter who loves taking initiatives 
  • You live and breath data, data is the cornerstone of all of your decisions
  • Able to see the forest from the trees: you can analyze large data sets and craft results into a story that helps to make smart decisions
  • Confidence to voice an opinion and give thoughtful feedback
  • Able to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks, and execute under pressure
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Proficiency with SQL
Qualifications for success:
  • Do you have at least 6 months of experience building Digital Ad Campaigns?
  • Are you proficient in SQL?
  • Do you have 1 year of experience working within paid social and paid search?
  • Do you have experience working for a startup app company?
  • Do you have a B2C experience?
  • Do you have 6 months of user acquisition experience?
