JOB BRIEF:
The Hire Standard is hiring an experienced and polished Technical Recruiting Lead who will help build a world-class team and have the ability to help continue to grow the firm’s amazing culture. Reporting to the firm’s VP of People, the Technical Recruiting Lead will be responsible for leading the firm’s phenomenal Technical Recruiting Team to success. The Technical Recruiting Lead will set performance metrics for the team, develop and improve processes, manage projects like candidate experience and branding, and guide the firm’s Recruiters & Sourcers through their career development. 

ROLE OBJECTIVE:
  • This role’s main focus will be in developing creative hiring processes, creating new sourcing strategies and staying within the top trends in finding passive candidates, lastly create unique closing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set metrics and standards for the success of the team
  • Develop creative weekly pipeline updates that are based off data and give a good pulse to the firm’s direction
  • Have a pulse on all positions and identifying bottlenecks and improve the time-to-hire rate
  • Create specific analytic reports to keep the team data-driven
  • Drive top of the funnel activity including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and offer negotiating processes while advising your business partners along the way
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify gaps in recruiting process
  • Identify and implement effective closing strategies
  • Work closely with the People team on compensation strategies and what is going on in the market
  • Help coach Recruiters & Sourcers on pipeline and process improvements
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and create growth opportunities for your team
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4-5 years of experience in Recruiting for high growth tech companies (In-house experience) 
  • In-depth sourcing expertise
  • Helped scale a SaaS company
  • Experience in a lead role or mentorship role in recruitment
  • Extensive knowledge building hiring processes
  • Data-Driven & experienced in making business decisions using metrics
  • Strong leadership skills, including direct communication, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Experience working with Greenhouse ATS is preferred
  • In-depth direct recruiting and sourcing expertise developing creative methods to engage and close the technical talent
