The Hire Standard is hiring a Revenue Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the teams that are supported by the Revenue Operations Team for an AI and Tech company in San Francisco. The Revenue Operations Coordinator will focus on working collaboratively with different stakeholders in the organization ensuring that their requests are completed swiftly and with satisfactory results. This role reports directly to the Revenue Operations Manager and will provide admin and bandwidth support to the Director of Sales Operations and Sales Management.
  • Drive process improvement, appropriation, and effectiveness at every level of account management process across the organization 
  • Compose and implement processes for the addition of new account records into the firm’s CRM. 
  • Own the administration and management of integrations, lead routing, field mapping, and optimizations of functionalities.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams in supporting day-to-day inquiries or request for assistance 
  • Provide cross-functional support and assist Leadership in the development of new tools, processes, and projects as needed. 
  • Process cases within the Salesforce ticketing system and provide regular follow up on cases, including coordinating with external third party consulting services for resolution on internal requests 
  • Manage the onboarding process to enable our new hires 
  • Update and maintain Salesforce records for the Sales Team to ensure accuracy between Salesforce and the firm's Contract Management System 
  • Maintain a system of records within Salesforce with the appropriate documentation 
  • Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards within Salesforce
  • Support all team members across the Revenue funnel 
  • Work on additional projects and task as assigned by the Revenue Operations Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Note: without a bachelor we need three to four years of experience with some experience in the sales function ideally from a technology company 
  • Working knowledge of a CRM database system; Salesforce preferred
  • 1-3 years prior sales, project coordination, and /or experience supporting a sales organization (SDR/BDR, Sales Coordinator, CSM, and/or Project Coordinator titles encouraged to apply) 
  • 1-3 years of experience with 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, you excel at written and verbal communication 
  • Innately organized, detail-oriented, and strong follow-through skills 
  • Knowledge of either MS Office or GSuite
  • Self-motivated, independent learner, eager to expand product and industry knowledge 
  • Team player who also works well independently
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and working relationship with peers and co-workers
  • Highly organized with strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to actively listen and communicate clearly with the ability to explain complicated things simply
