An Executive Assistant to support the company's Chief Operating Officer/President and the rest of the Executive team as needed.

What we are looking for​:

An Executive Assistant to support the company's Chief Operating Officer/President and the rest of the Executive team as needed. Your duties will constantly evolve to meet the needs of the company as it continues to grow. This full-time role is based in San Francisco.
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to​:
  • Bright, proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work independently, but also work well with teams.
  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant role or similar.
  • Willing to be flexible and pitch in on various projects.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Work to build relationships around the company.
  • High levels of integrity and dependability.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information in a discreet, mature manner and sustain a high level of professionalism.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel and Word) and Gsuite
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
