Position Summary
The Sr. Marketing Manager will drive demand generation and nurturing efforts to support the sales function in the North American region. You will work closely with key stakeholder groups including customers, partners and strategic third parties.  This is a unique opportunity to build a scalable, repeatable infrastructure which will pave the way for rapid expansion. You will partner with the the regional sales director and broader marketing group to align marketing activities and sales targets.
 
What You Will Be Good At
You will understand how to truly be a strategic partner with sales.  You will identify core personas and know how to create conversations with those people.  You will be very focused on what events need to be attended. You will be highly skilled in CRM and Marketing Automation systems including SFDC and Marketo, end-to-end webinar and digital development, attendance at live events, as well as demand generation and nurture programs.  You will use all of your expert skills in marketing in order to open doors.  

What You Will Need to Be Successful
A lot of experience in demand generation with the ability to execute campaigns and build the sales pipeline with quality leads according to the ideal customer/company profiles. You will need to be self-sufficient and capable of both developing and implementing your strategies. You will need to be a skilled collaborator that can effectively communicate ideas while displaying humility.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Partner with the NA sales and channel teams to create, recommend and implement the tactical marketing plan for NA to generate regional awareness and pipeline across the region
  • Drive Demand Generation campaigns including webinars, trade shows and partner seminars and events
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to streamline, standardize and consolidate marketing operations
  • Manage local events (logistics and coordination), plus end-to-end promotions
  • Manage highly targeted email and digital campaigns and measure their effectiveness
  • Build and maintain database of reference customers for North America
  • Foster strong customer relationships & create case study content to support sales and marketing strategies
  • Drive revenue focused quality leads through the funnel ensuring smooth transition to Inside Sales from qualified activities
  • Work with and execute partner joint marketing events and campaigns
  • Measure and analyze field marketing performance against targets
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance data
  • Manage regional field marketing budget and spend
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in driving demand generation in a mid to senior level B2B Marketing position 
  • Proven track record working closely with sales and other departments to deliver on targets
  • Experience executing top marketing programs, events and account based marketing campaigns
  • Highly-organized with the ability to adapt to change
  • Willing to roll your sleeves up to get things done while thinking strategically
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience
