Full Desk Engineering Recruiter (and Sales)
 
Location: Tampa Bay, FL area and remote
The ideal candidate will be a self- motivated producer running a Full Desk in the greater Tampa / St. Petersburg / Clearwater area and be able to time manage themselves without micromanagement. We are looking for someone who is passionate about business development and recruiting within the Engineering market for the Tampa area.
 
Responsibilities
  • Strong sales ability - strategic planning skills, prospecting skills, cold calling (phone and in person), intel gathering, and relationship building
  • Ability to run a full desk and help our team fill our open positions... ability to fill engineering requirements in a timely and efficient manner for our clients
  • Conduct interviews via phone / video / personally and visit clients in person (if needed).
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback, thorough screening and resume reviews
  • Ability to successfully sign new business for contract and direct placement
  • Strong ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients (managers, executives, c-suite) and candidates!
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls, meetings, seeds, texts, reqs and emails
Qualifications
  • BS / BA degreed with at least 1-2 years of sales and recruiting experience
  • Having a book of business / established clients / relationships would be a huge +
  • Successfully sold and recruited Tampa market within engineering and it's various markets - medical device & pharmaceutical, manufacturing, aerospace & defense, AEC world, etc.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite and CRMs
  • High-energy, motivated, and great interpersonal skill
  • Must have a home office capability

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year with an aggressive Commission plan... $90-100k is realistic in your first year!!!!!
