About the Opportunity 

The role of the Field Office Admin will focus heavily on assisting with the Field Operations team and perform administrative and organizational tasks associated with maintaining the solar field crews. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service partners or branch, own and develop partner or branch relationships including weekly/monthly reviews, utilization and workload management, process updates and identification and resolution of specific market and process issues. Work to pursue and achieve tactical or strategic objectives pertaining to the overall vision and assist in the execution of work necessary to meet short term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating daily activities and workflow of office
  • Working with the Field manager with admin
  • Keep all relevant data fields in our database up to date
  • Prepare and dispatch daily job tickets for each crew
  • Coordinate and request rough electrical inspections
  • Prepare outgoing job folders
  • Assist the field departments (solar, structural and service) to align and share resources and keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule
  • Other duties as determined by the Field Operations Manager
Experience and Qualifications
  • 2+ year experience in a discipline related
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use new software
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem solving Skills - coming up with practical solutions
  • Organizational Skills
  • W2 full time or part-time position.
