What you will do
As the Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the initial proposal design and redesign process. You will be communicating with the proposal team and customers to ensure accurate and satisfactory designs. 

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring the timely fulfillment and high quality execution of initial proposal designs and redesigns
  • Resolving design-related issues and questions as they are escalated from sales representatives
  • Collaborating with the team to incorporate valuable customer feedback into the design process(es)
  • Developing optimized project solutions for partners
  • Managing customer account and opportunity information in CRM
  • Performing additional duties and assignments as given by management

You also:
  • Have at least 6 months of solar design experience
  • Have 6 months of experience working in CRMs
  • Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Are a proactive problem solver that meets and exceeds expectations
  • Are innovative and success-driven
  • Have NABCEP certification is a plus
