What you will do
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for PV installation and electrical troubleshooting for our solar installs. You will utilize your electrical experience to perform any electrical-based tasks required of the PV install. This is to include PV electrical installation, PV circuit troubleshooting, main service panel upgrade installation, and more as required. 
  
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Troubleshooting electrical issues
  • Correcting PV installs when necessary
  • Correcting AHJ requests for final inspection 
  • Generating RMA’s for equipment warranty
  • Managing and scheduling service calls with customers

You also:
  • Are electrically certified (where applicable)
  • Have a well-rounded skill set in the solar industry
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of a variety of PV systems
  • Are able to effectively identity an issue as it pertains to racking, flashing, PV circuit wiring, AC wiring, and interconnection methods
  • Are familiar with the current NEC code and NFPA
