About the Opportunity
 
We are looking for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented field coordinator to coordinator who will work with our field team and coordinate with internal Empire Solar team and our customers.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling with clients and field techs
  • Coordinate solar design with customers and address questions
  • Sub-Contractor Management & Relations , in needed
  • Handle inspection requirements and inspector communication
  • On going communication regarding project status
  • Handle solar interconnection with utility companies.
  • Handle HOA paperwork and process when needed.
  • Directly work with engineering department and field, to provide smooth process for completion of solar project.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships throughout the whole solar process.
  • Follow up on all aspects of the project. Be a customer point of contract throughout the whole process and make sure customer is fully satisfied at every stage of the process.
  • Interprets field documents for data entry, service calls and invoicing.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Strongly prefer minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in solar industry
  • Outstanding conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive and embrace change
  • Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and with minimal need for supervision
  • Must be a team player, with positive mental attitude, high energy, high integrity, strong work ethic, enthusiasm, sense of humor, and a commitment to the mission
  • Be a self-starter
  • Commitment to high responsiveness and availability
  • Strong proficiency with technology: CRM, Outlook, Excel
  • Dispatching / scheduling experience
  • Ability to interpret field provided documents and service reports.
  • Demonstrates impeccable customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
