Rooftop, Ground mount, photovoltaic materials, EPC fulfillment, Array Design, and more. We have grown exponentially over the last year and are in search of a Field and Sub-Partner Adviser who will become a strong contributor and make a difference. The position will be based out of our HQ in Salt Lake City, UT.

About the Opportunity 

The Field and Sub-Partner Advisor focuses heavily on using our CRM system to ensure efficiency with tasks assigned to Subpartners. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, solutions orientated and will on occasion help research new markets. The Adviser will be responsible with maintaining their assigned markets, owning invoicing from our subcontractors, communicate with internal field solar coordinators to ensure projects are on schedule.We are looking for a dependable person who will maintain a high level of business ethics, professionalism and excellent communication between their Empire co-workers, customers and management. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage and maintain a calendar
  • Operate independently 
  • Knowledge within the solar industry 
  • Knowledge of invoicing 
  • Ability to research new markets
  • Account management 
  • Managing CRM process flow 


Experience and Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in a discipline related to solar, roofing, or electrical industries 
  • High School degree or Bachelor's preferred 
  • Ability to organize and maintain paper documents and files.
  • Excellent written communication skills 
  • Quick with numbers and can-do simple arithmetic with or without the use of an electronic device.
  • Experience with smartphone applications 
  • Intermediate computer skills such as google sheets, experience with a CRM and email
  • Personality to interact, communicate and facilitate information to and from our subpartners and internal field staff
  • Desire to interact with co-workers and participate in daily/weekly meetings.
