Responsibilities
This role will develop new knowledge documentation for end user self-help, work with internal IT teams to ensure their documentation is kept up to date and our knowledge processes are followed and provide training or coaching to authors in the organization. You will be reviewing information from multiple sources to create missing documentation.
  • Provide oversight to knowledge management processes
  • Establish and maintain an effective structure for information management
  • Build processes and standard operating procedure documentation
  • Identify and implement process improvements within ITSM and Moveworks tools
  • Develop and execute partner engagement, portfolio management, outreach, event management and information/infrastructure management operational best practices, processes, protocols and policies. Best practices must contain how implementation of the practice enhances and improves operational performance
Skills:
  • Ability to think analytically and problem solve; further, make effective decisions based upon troubleshooting techniques
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to translate technical terms into easily understood concepts for business users
  • Operate in a results-oriented manner: provide reliable and dependable customer service at all times
  • Be aware of the business and its customers and work in a way that supports their needs; practice patience and empathy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Must be self-motivated with an ability to learn new technologies
  • Experience using business applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • ServiceNow experience is a plus
  • Able to translate technical language to a non-technical audience
