The tech is always with an RN. Call on weekends is necessary.

 
General job duties:

Scrubs a variety of surgical specialties such as General, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Ear, Nose and Throat.Scrubs a variety of surgical specialties such as General, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Ear, Nose and Throat.

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Surgical technicians do not chart or use our medication dispensing system.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years. Orthopedic, General, GYN, ENT, Urology background. Do not need Neuro or Open heart experience.
