Business Services Coordinator

RealREPP is currently teaming with a growing, stable and well known commercial real estate organization to assist them in hiring a Business Services Coordinator in Memphis, TN!
This Business Services Coordinator will be detail oriented, work well in a team environment and have great communication skills. This Coordinator will oversee a team of 4 and will fill in with Receptionist and mail room responsibilities as needed. This person will be involved in scheduling conference rooms, planning meetings and events on a daily basis. This is an immediate need that would ideally be temporary to hire!

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. 
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Knowledge of Financial software systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, MTA, VAS and I-Track).
