Assistant Property Manager


Seeking a dynamic APM to join a Class A portfolio!

RealREPP a national recruiting firm, has partnered with a growing commercial Real Estate, Owner, Developer, Operator in the Greater Dallas, TX area. We are recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to work as part of the property management team on a beautiful Mixed Use property consisting Class A Office, Retail, Dining, Residences. This APM will report to a General Manger and assist with the day to day operations for high-profile mixed-use development.
Education and/or Experience
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree: 2+ years’ experience of office experience with high-end Class-A office experience required
  • Mixed-use experience with in-depth retail experience highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of accounting and accounting principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong customer services and/or customer contact experience
  • Ability to respond to emergencies at any time
  • Familiarity working in MRI and MS Office

  • Proven ability to work independently as part of a team. Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to cope with shifting priorities, difficult situations and deadlines
