General Manager


This GM will run the operations and management of a beautiful Class A office building totaling over 800,000 SF

RealREPP, a full-service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a well-established, growing and dynamic national commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in hiring a General Manager in Cambridge, MA! This GM will run the operations and management of a beautiful Class A office building totaling over 800,000 SF 

In addition, they offer a health and wellness package and a rotating office schedule during Covid to ensure their employees are taken care of and healthy. 

This GM will work with a collaborative, friendly and inclusive team to assist in the day-to-day management of a beautiful 800,000 + Class A office portfolio. These assets are innovative and LEED certified.

This GM will mentor and manage a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager and a Property Administrator. 

In addition, they truly care about you as an employee, continued professional development as well as health and wellness programs!

This organization works with top institutional tenants and is looking for someone who is excited to excel in a collaborative and team oriented environment. This dynamic role will partners closely with tenants, facilities management, service contractors, accounting and asset management.

This is a fast-growing (but stable) firm looking to add them member to their team due to recent ground up development & acquisitions!

  • A capable leader to oversee, motivate, mentor property management staff.
  • Personal commitment to providing best in class service and operations within the portfolio.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Real Estate License and/or CPM/CCIM designation.
  • Minimum of 13+ years’ experience successfully managing commercial properties (Class A office or life science/biotech); strong financial and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the physical aspect of commercial buildings, construction, and building systems.
  • Working knowledge of commercial leases and service contract forms.
  • Strong Excel skills preferred.
  • Individual should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented with independent work ethic.
  • Strong Budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting.
  • Yardi or ARGUS experience - highly preferred. 
  • Lease analysis, valuation and negotiation experience.
