RealREPP is currently teaming with a private commercial real estate owner/developer in San Francisco to hire an Office Administrator due to growth.
This Office Administrator will directly assist a Principal of the company, VP of Leasing and a Lease Associate who are responsible for the leasing of a large industrial and office portfolio in the Bay Area regions.
This Administrator will be a Jack/Jill of all trades in the office. They will be the first point of contact for the office and provide a warm and welcoming environment. This person will assist in answering general questions, transferring calls to the appropriate team members. As the administrator for the office, this person must be okay with working on a diverse group of projects. Prior experience with calendaring, travel arrangements and expense reports would be helpful.
- Bachelor Degree required
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow..
- Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry helpful but not required.
