RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm is currently teaming with a dynamic, nationally recognized commercial real estate firm to assist them in hiring a Administrative Assistant in Richmond, VA! 
 
This Administrative Assistant role is a temporary to hire opportunity with a well-known, stable and growing firm! We are looking for someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills and a friendly and outgoing demeanor. This Administrative Assistant will focus on providing business operations administrative support to team of professionals. They will be responsible for receiving and distributing mail, answering phones, and maintaining a calendar. This person will be a valued member of the team as they will be part of coordinating logistics for meetings, events, etc.  
 
This position offers a great entry level hourly rate and then once hired on, has full benefits, 401K, PTO, etc.  
 

Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED required. Previous Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
