Property Coordinator - Class A Office Owner/ Developer/ Operator

This person will assist in day to day operations, tenant relations, and should be familiar with tenant requests and administration of maintenance.

RealREPP is teaming with an exciting well-known, stable and growing organization looking to hire a Property  Coordinator! This person will join a exciting, friendly and successful team in the San Francisco area and will focus on portfolio of high profile, beautiful Class A office properties.

We are looking for a Property Coordinator who is looking to take the next step in their career. This person will assist in day to day operations, tenant relations, and accounting. This individual should be familiar with tenant requests and administration of maintenance services.

This team promotes work life balance and offers 2 weeks of vacation (to start), 8 sick days, 2 floating holidays for a total of 20 days PTO to start! Vacation time does increase to 3 weeks after the first year! 
  
Job Responsibilities
  • Work with Property Management regarding promoting purposes and creating and maintaining strong, positive relations 
  • Conduct orders, contracts, and invoices 
  • Manage the statistics for the portfolios regarding sustainability issues
  • Assist vendors and tenants as necessary
  • Support the Property Managers with spreadsheets, deliverables, and manuals
  • Help with the scheduling of contractor work while coordinating with tenants
  • Collect and input data in budgets
  • Assist with special projects or duties when required
Requirements
  • BA/BS preferred
  • High school diploma/equivalent certification required
  • 0-3 years' experience in customer service is a plus
  • Previous experience within administration and property/real estate management highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Ability and flexibility to work within a team as well as independently 
  • Strong communication an teamwork skills
