RealREPP is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a commercial real estate owner to assist them in hiring an Administrative Assistant in San Francisco. This is a growing and dynamic commercial real estate who is looking to for some immediate administrative assistant one of their Class A office properties.

We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of receptionist/administrative experience, excellent customer service skills and the desire to continue to grow within the commercial real estate industry.

This assignment offers a exceptional hourly wage! The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and be able to commit to the entire assignment.

Requirements
  • Must have prior experience 1+ year (s) in a corporate office setting.
  • Must have strong communication (verbal and written communication skills).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). 
  • Must be able to multi-task and maintain organization in a busy office environment. 
  • The Corporate Receptionist must be professional, polished and be reliable. 
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment as well as independently. 
  • Bachelor's Degree - required
