Property Manager - Industry Leading Organization

RealREPP is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a well known and growing commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in hiring a Property Manager in the New York area! 
This Property Manager role will manage a crucial property and portfolio, contribute daily supervision related to operations, security, oversee capex projects, maintain and build relationships with tenants & vendors. This person should have familiarity with managing property level energy use and conservation efforts.
This is the opportunity to work on a exciting and high profile portfolio of Class A office properties local to the New York area! 
This position offers a fantastic base salary and medical, dental and vision benefits at a low cost. You are given the option to add to a 401K account, receive a 6% match, & are immediately vested! This team promotes work life balance & offers 2 weeks of vacation (to start), 8 sick days, 2 floating holidays for a total of 20 days PTO to start! Vacation time increases to 3 weeks after the first year! 
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct the budgets and implement business plans such as accruals on a quarterly basis and financial reports
  • Oversee the projects as assigned
  • Create and maintain relationships with community including tenants and vendors
  • Provide support to the regional staff
  • Review changes in plans and ensure all documents collected
  • Inspect spaces and other common areas on the property on a regular basis
  • Supervise and provide sense of direction to staff regarding payroll and performance reviews
  • Confirm all employees properly trained and that materials are consistently updated
  • Assist company with conducting leasing tours
  • Attend and contribute in related meetings and events
  • BA/BS required - preferably in Business Administration or Real Estate field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property management
  • Understanding and knowledge of building and fire codes
  • Knowledge of systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in team environment as well as independently 
Preferred Qualities
  • Experience in Class A office property management
  • Certification as a Real Property Administrator or Certified Property Manager 
  • LEED certification
