Customer Success Administrator
Mindsight is seeking a Customer Success Administrator to join our team. We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals with strong communication skills to work with our current account base. This position will be responsible for learning the business, building relationships with current accounts, inviting them to events and ensuring their services are getting done. 
What you will be doing:
  • Calling existing clients and checking on their business and our services
  • Building relationships with IT Directors and CFO’s
  • Invite existing clients to company events and seminars
  • Identify, interpret, and deliver key insights in customer data to thorough routine analysis, reporting services, and client feedback
  • Leverage problem-solving skills to respond and follow up on inquiries by email and phone;
  • Maintain existing clients and assist with account support;
  • Attend training to develop knowledge and skills
  • Reviewing tickets from customers, call to follow up on customer satisfaction with tickets
What do you need:
  • Bachelor’s in business, marketing or related field
  •  1-2 years of experience with IT Infrastructure, Software, SaaS or other technical related fields
  • Exceptional presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be disciplined, organized and efficient
  • Ability to use MS Excel and Word, the Internet and email;
  • Ability to quickly learn technical and business concepts and express them in clear language;
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
