This role focuses on managing lead generation campaigns, owning and achieving a pipeline goals,

MoD is on the hunt for a Demand Generation Manager to strategize and coordinate lead generation programs targeting Fortune 1000 accounts.  

Key Duties:
- Develop, manage and report on integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging their Marketing Automation Platform
- Work with sales to promote program adoption, lead follow-up and ensure your leads move through the funnel 
- Expand nurture programs by connecting content to proper audience segmentation 
- Drive culture of data driven decision, incorporating aspects of reporting in all of their activities 
- Leverage content from product marketing or creative teams to build engaging marketing experience 
- Analyze campaign performance, leveraging hypothesis testing to identify and implement improvements 

Must Haves:
- More than five years of building and coordinating lead generation programs, that produce high volumes of new leads
- Proven experience in Demand Generation Marketing, focusing on managing lead generation campaigns, owning and achieving a pipeline goal 
- Meticulous - ability to build processes, troubleshoot when things do not go according to plan and optimize from there 
- Exceptional Communication and project management skills
