MoD is looking for a Manager of HR & Internal Communications that is committed to recruiting top talent and providing our client with an exceptional work experience. Their ideal candidate will be skilled in managing compensation, benefits, recognition, training, performance management, employee relations and internal communications in a manner that retains staff members long-term and builds their employer brand. 
 
Key Accountabilities
  • Implement and institutionalize CMF strategy, including annual review of salary bands and overall compensation strategy through market analysis.
  • Ongoing management of physician and allied health professionals compensation program
  • Implementation of Performance Review, bonus and annual salary increase initiatives
  • Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
  • Develops and executes an annual HR and internal communications calendar, aligning tactics to business objectives, with clear, crisp and transparent messaging that engage employees at all levels of the organization
  • Be a key stakeholder in the development of the internal brand, partnering with Human Resources and Marketing teams
  • Develops and executes a communication plan for benefits re-enrollment
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role & capacity
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate / business communications or communications consulting environment developing communication strategies that support business objectives.
  • Superior ability to develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including PeopleSoft
  • Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
  • Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
  • Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning
