The Opportunity:
Reference Point is currently recruiting Managers to contribute across our firm’s end-to-end service offerings. Managers work alongside industry experts and talented associates to manage and lead a variety of challenging, fast-paced engagements for Banking and Capital Markets clients. Our teams deliver a full suite of Strategy, Risk, Data, and Technology services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage client delivery and lead projects through all stages of the engagement lifecycle.  
  • Present quantitative and qualitative findings directly to key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate client relationships and identify opportunities for firm growth.
  • Define and document project scope in line with stakeholder priorities. 
  • Lead Reference Point internal initiatives including the development of corporate products and service lines.  
  • Practice effective people-management and serve as a mentor for team members.  
  • Build institutional capital through project documentation and knowledge-sharing.

Required Qualifications: 
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong GPA in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, systems engineering, or another strong technical and analytical discipline.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience with a leading consulting or industry firm.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an entrepreneurial, team environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven experience in a leadership role and managing small teams. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, creative, and innovative mindset.  
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Demonstrated client-facing project management experience.
